candidate : I would like to share with you something that I am keen on doing every day inorder to stay well – conditioned. I always wake up before the usual time and then walk for an hour. After that, I swim in the nearby river for about 30 minutes and then I start my day. Getting up punctually and then doing physical exercises are my healthy habits. I have developed it from the early stage of my life. I remember my father insisting us to wake up very early and then took us to the nearby high school ground for morning exercises. Nowadays, I wake up from bed at around 5:30 am and wear my exercise trousers and a pair of shoes. Then, I start walking along the path which is across the river. The fresh air in the morning is beneficial for my health. Sometimes, I ride my bicycle instead of walking. I started doing these early morning exercise and swimming a few years back but at present, two of my friends and cousins accompany me almost every day. They enjoy these routines as well. I believe that a sound mind lies on a healthy body and these healthful practices that I have adopted are pretty helpful for keeping all of these aspects.
