  1. In what ways do you try to stay healthy?

Candidate: A balanced diet and regular exercise three days a week are the best ways to keep myself in the pink and invigorated. How I treat myself and what I put into my body should be my top priority so I make it a habit to take care of my wellness.

  1. Is it easy to keep fit where you live?

Candidate: Yes, it’s quite facile to be well – conditioned in the place where I reside. This is because there are various health and fitness centers as well as big fields where numerous people come to play and workout.

  1. What part of your lifestyle would you most like to make healthier?

Candidate: Well, I would say, my sleeping habits. I can hardly get enough rest at night. I usually lack sleep. For the reason that I’m overworked. So, I’m going to adjust my schedule as well as change my dozing environment. I know for a fact that people need 8 hours of slumbering.

  1. Are you careful about what you eat?

Candidate: Definitely yes. I need to be cautious in what I put on my diet. If I consume nutritious food daily, I will have a proper growth and development. And my body will be supplied with proper supplements for its normal functioning.

  1. How important is a healthy lifestyle for you?

Candidate: I think it is very essential. It greatly helps me to be more effective and productive with my everyday activities.

  1. Do you eat much junk food?

Candidate: No, I rarely consume junk food. I just partake of them when other people who are with me are eating them, and I only munch a small amount.
